How come he did not have the decent Courtesy of extending his Prayers and Thoughts to Sen. Kennedy on the day of Presidential Debate when it was reported that the Sen. Kennedy was taken to the hospital? He could have atleast said something after McCain said the following:<br>"And I do have a sad note tonight. Senator Kennedy is in the hospital.
