in Not So Easy Rider on Truck Bearing Kibble
I have been reading the site forever and enjoy your work, but lately it has started to feel a little Family Guyish. Have you ever considered mixing up the paneling a little? I like your ideas, and the art is impeccable - but the jokes are coming across a little formulaic now. Wrack your brain and take it to the next level - TBK is really good, but it could be an icon.

Off I don't watch much Family Guy. What I've seen of it struck me as reliant on the surprise of non-sequiter... Some might argue that this comic relies on that as well, but I think we try to keep every comic contained in its own absurd sort of logic.

Regardless, I appreciate the constructive thoughts. As far as mixing up the paneling... It's something we've played with in the past, and likely will in the future. The three panel groove we're in now has a lot to do with the time it takes for me to finish the art.
