We just did a final count of all the prizes and it came to be a few dollars short of $1,200. I will confim that MindManager Pro 6, Gyronix Results Manager Pro, and MindSystem's Knowledge Pro are part of the package. But you are still short. Remember, the magic number is 6.

Because of the extension, people who have already submitted entries are welcome to change/update their entries and resubmit them. But, the resubmittions have to be submitted by the new deadline of 5/15/2006. I hope that helps

Yeah, I know what you mean. Confidentially can get in the way sometimes (I am trying to figure out if I can post about Beta 2 or not). I am not blaming the Microsoft guys. They are good guys. I just wish things could have turned out better.

Yeah, the spam got very annoying very quickly. I had to go through all the e-mails manually to pick our the submissions from the spam. I think we are going to delete that e-mail address and never use it again!

OneNote 2007 isn't ready for prime time yet. I have had a few problems with it and lost some of the class work. The biggest problem I have so far is OneNote 2003 can't open the 2007 files yet.

So far, OneNote 2007 is very impressive and I hardly look back at OneNote 2003 anymore.

I haven't heard about Ecco. Can you elaborate on it? From my experiment, I found out what I suspected. Most of these note-taking programs target specific aspected of note-taking (i.e Mind Manager for meeting notes, etc). Another thing I found was that personal taste and preferences is very important. I am typing up the post about the experiment and should have it posted in about a week.

The Wayback machine did have access to those files before because I checked about a month ago. I just checked again and it gives me the robot.txt file error. The only explanation that comes to mind is that AnalogReality added that in recently. I don't know of any other way to get those powertoy. For the IE to OneNote, you can get it from OneNote's website. For the ImageWriter, you can wait until Onenote 12, get the Education Pack for the Tablet PC from Microsoft's website (the Education Pack has another ImageWriter that works in the same way), or some other way.

Sadly, OneNotePowertoys can't host them for legal reasons.

I want a better "print" and "save as" option. Right now, when i print or save to other file formats, my notes get chopped off. Even when i select the letter stationary. OneNote 12 has a scale feature but it works sometimes and other times it scales everything to use 1/4 the size of the paper.

Which spyware program are you using? Most spyware programs let you exclude files and programs the user specifies. Try that. If that doesn't work, reply back and I will try to think of something else.

Although we are not allowed to host the ImageWriter powertoy, we cannot stop users from contacting other users (see Jeff's comment) and getting ImageWriter.

That is a great tip. I personally do that too. I clean my computer with a fresh install every semester. About the imagewriter, could you be more specific? If you can, try to send me a screenshot of what it does.
