Thick as a post. How long will it take BBH to figure this out? The joke is on them but I guess RR will be laughing all the way to the bank.

Re: Let's Talk Turkey

Your hostility towards Palin is rather irrational.

Re: Birmingham Post: Why top judge threw out libel case involving Tolkien family

Could he not be leaving the posting there as evidence?

If it is deleted, apart from a screen grab, there was no proof it was ever there. (Save for the wayback machine if it was indexed)

Also I am pretty sure that at least a few people would have looked at the blog/posting if only because of some blog software notifying other sites of updates (pingbacks? I could be completely wrong here) - could he not use the server access logs in his defence?

Re: What is this…?

For those who have seen & heard the Video Clip or missed out on the Al Jazeera forum discussion and if you have missed anything, here is the chance to reread and confirm in the transcript.

http://powerpresent.blogspot.com/2007/11/transc...

Re: Ignition's Roberts asks for severance, bonuses for Entellium workers

Thug:

Are you kidding me about a $15-20M valuation?!?! We're talking about 10x revenue on a business that was not profitable and lighting money on fire every month. Not to mention you had to immoral operators at the helm. Do your homework and research about what saas businesses are being bought at. It's more like 3-7 times ttm revenue. The exceptions are mature businesses that are already exceeding $15M in top line revenue. What is entellium's assets really worth anyway? It looks as if the business is damaged goods and intuit is looking to collect some cash and shut down a tiny competitor for some a paltry frictional cost. Your rational is that same bright-eyed, greedy lens that most VC's look through. Look up the definition of business on wikipedia: a legally recognized organization designed to provide goods and/or services to consumers, governments or other businesses. A business needs a market. A consumer is an essential part of a business. Businesses are predominant in capitalist economies, most being privately owned and formed to earn profit to increase the wealth of owners.

Entellium only grew the wealth of Johnston and Parrish temporarily and all the shareholders have been returned nothing. Some business?!?

Re: Information Minister get “shoot” by AlJazeera reporter

For a more accurate Transcript & a better video of the the phone interview between Zainuddin & Al Jazeera can be

Go H E R E

Re: RedLasso Suspends Open Access To its Site, For Now; Appeals To Bloggers

@#1 It is not about money but daily sanctions charged against Redlasso by utilizing copyrighted clips of NBC and FOX. They have to pull the content down. This one is not over. Hmmm CBS x-execs running the show and CBS content removed a week ago... Hmmm CBS in the Cease and Desist and then suddenly not in the lawsuit. Who owns Hulu with a $1B valuation? RL was a competition killer of Hulu for sure! Whadda you think?
