in Just purchased Flip Mino HD camcorder on One Christ Body
I went to the link for the review, wow a serious review indeed. Glad I did as I have been considering the HD model for my next purchase. Only problem is I have been holding back due to not being able to take stills, shame. Anyway thanks for pointing the way. Peace and out.

in Business Development vs Sales on QuotaCrush
The bottom line is that I object when the term “business development” is somehow used to trick the customer into thinking that the sales person is not a sales person, but trying to find some “partnership” with the firm.

Mark I LaRosa Exactly. You should always be building trust, and unless you are actually there to build a partnership, you should not be claiming that you are. Its dishonest, and you will actually see sales decrease because of it.

It is for a workshop being organised by the International Internet Marketing Association (IIMA). I am very excited and actually pretty nervous as I always get nervous speaking in public. I feel privileged to get this opportunity and I am in excellent company as UBC Internet Marketing

in Whither Problem Customers? on HomeOfficeWebTools.com
ust figure out how much of your time they waste and compare it to how much income they generate for you. Don’t forget to factor in the emotional stress that long-term problem clients can cause.

Devin Best I got the idea of pruning back problem customers from reading Tim Ferris' book the 4-hour Work Week.

The emotional stress and costs per revenue are indeed the determining factors in whether a customer stays or goes. Hard to put a dollar figure on the stress, but it's an important consideration.

Thanks for the comments.

I nominated the site in different categories, but, yeah the public is right about this one, too. This is a good business/professional development site.

in Yodle: Local Online Advertising on Jonathan Wegener's Blog
The big advertising conglomerates (WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, Interpublic) certainly would be interested in Yodle, but Yodle’s focus on local small business advertising doesn’t match the ad conglomerate’s focus on bigger nationwide clients.

WooMe was a very impressive presentation at TC40 - compelling platform to create interactive sessions. Seems much more compelling than the Menlo company that is just a niche dating site.

This takes social networks to the next level. A great way to meet people on an interactive level. For 1 dollar to connect to someone that's wooed by me is really a steal. Great work guys. Wish I had thought of it.

in Wordpress Blog Hacked | BPWrap on BPWrap
I agree with the latest update. You should always upgrade no mater what script you are using. However there are hacking groups able to get in no mater what latest version script you have. I run a great deal of security for my servers and still from time to time get hacked. The biggest tool you have is to always back up your data. I generally perform nightly backups just for this reason. Unfortunately it is a necessary evil. No mater what script you run hackers are waiting. The more popular the better! BACK IT UP!
