Yes, there will be many good opportunities that will emerge from the decline in the world's economy and if a person was buying wisely the benefits will be well worth the risk.

I wonder though. When it comes to a website how you can put a fair market value on the property?

If inflation kicks in, what may be worth $$ today might will surely be able to bought for $ a week from now. Unlike real property you can't put a physical valuation on an internet site, like what happened in the late 90's. Just won't work.

Love the module and have been running for awhile now. Suddenly though, Google is reporting errors in 12 of the 14 site maps I have.

Here's the error message:

All the URLs in your Sitemap have the same priority.
All the URLs in your Sitemap are set to the same priority (not the default priority). Priority indicates the importance of a particular URL relative to other URLs on your site, and doesn't impact your site's performance in search results. If all URLs have the same priority, Google can't tell which are more important.
