How do you people deal with this?"&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Have never used Netvibe, but I usually end up with 160-200 new RSS feeds a day to get through.  I love Reader's keyboard shortcuts, allows me to weed through it so quickly.   I check in the morning, at lunch and in the evenings.
