Randy and Rocker Chic K ~ I can totally hear your conversation... lovin' that you're so real with people.
I'll need to think about that 'community' thing... but I'm loving some new neighbors. "Chip" loves fellowship (and is going to love Jesus, too...). Oh, and a soon-to-be Army Chaplain is in my development, too.
Nothing regular going on with either, but we're working on it.

I do like to engage folks in conversation when face to face. She and I do talk about other more serious issues but this time around ... alllll silly stuff.

"Narrow is the way, and few there be that find it." -- I'm so glad God put all these challenging, scary verses in the Bible. They allow me to "work out my salvation with fear and trembling."
Yes, the exciting part is the 'glimpses of truth, Thou hast for me.' And yes, I desire to hear Him say, "Well done, my good and faithful son/ servant, enter into your rest." ...
Getting back to the first sentence, here, I need to follow up on that... asking Him to keep bringing it up until I know it's from Him... Love it.

Yep and He is faithful to do it. He's a good Shepherd. I love it when He brings you the exact same scripture four times in a day from very different sources. It made me laugh ... I am like, "OK ! I get it :)."

Ear muffs and scarfs are helpful for those arctic blasts, too! Oh, and grow a beard. I'm thinking Disney must have some magical ear muffs around somewhere, eh?

No ear muffs. I want to die without ear muff hair ... and no beard. No thank you. I refuse to drive to Disney unless I am actually going to play in the parks. Which I won't be doing as long as it is freezing.
