I don't agree socialized medicine works. Canadians have waiting list for surgery, many come here. Germany don't have a paramedic service it is just a couple of guys riding around in a van, toss you in the back and hope you make it to the hospital. I think the feds should give every citizen (only) a vopucher for 12-15K every year for the healthcare company of their choice.
