It does make you wonder about the persistence of (out of date) data for identity purposes. Weaken your chin, lose some hair on top, get you goofy drunk and there'd be a passing resemblance to his 1985 photograph. I'd suspect if you visited him at the U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners (MCFP) in Springfield, Missouri, you wouldn't be mistaken for him today.
