I'm enthusiastically endorsing Mitt Romney. The Republican party deserves the very worse.

in Clinton Backers Still Want Convention Vote -- Political Wire on Political Wire
No she didn't. Not at all. Anyway even if she did the Democratic nomination is decided by delegates not popular votes. Barack Obama won the most votes, states, and delegates maybe if Hillary had you for her strategist instead of Mark Penn she would have won. Stop using fuzzy math!

I know, think of it, Al Gore won California by almost a million votes if a hand ful of those votes had been cast in Florida, New Hampshire or Tennessee, there would have been no 9/11 no War in in Iraq, Afghanistan or any where. And don't forget it matters how much make up you were to a presidential debate!

in What About Bill Clinton? -- Political Wire on Political Wire
Bill Clinton is no longer relavent, I doubt Obama wants to join the likes of Al Gore and Hillary Clinton two other Democrats he destroyed. A recent Rasmussen poll showed that only 37% of Americans think the Clintons want Obama to win.

vwcat Andre,
I agree. It is known that Bill never had any coattails and that is why Obama really doesn't need to kiss his ass. Nor does he even need Bill.
The only ones who seem overly concerned about the Clintons is the media because they provide the circus for them to cover. And they are panicked at the thought of not having the Clintons anymore.
But, for most people, the Clintons are yesterday. Their era has come and gone.

in SurveyUSA: Obama Just Ahead in Ohio -- Political Wire on Political Wire
Surveys USA has been under polling Obama all year. They said he would lose Missouri to Clinton 54-45 and he won the state 49-48 and they said he would lose Indiana by 10 and he came within a point of winning during some of the worst days of his campaign. So I agee when I look at this poll I see something out of whack. Obama is probably 5-7 points ahead in Ohio.

You cannot make me believe McCain would consider a McCain/Bush ticket. That would be like a McCain endorsement of Barack Obama. How about Alabama Governor Bob Riley.

Alaska is basically a tie according to Rasmussen.
karela PPP, SUSA and Rasmussen all have Obama up in Virginia. Other polls show him up in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Minnesota and a statistical tie in North Carolina. In fact, out of the twenty six most recent Real Clear Politics polls shown, McCain only achieves even low double digit leads in Kentucky and Kansas. Alaska has been republican strong hold and McCain can't hold it there. Things are looking up.

I can't figure out why McCain wants to appear on stage with Obama with the same time. Unless he thinks it will lessen the effect of the thumpings he will take in the 3 real presidential debates.
