I am so reminded of how Joey could always attrack this kind of thing into his life. Garbage police seeking you? Finding the garbage bags with the liquor? Sounds like the old Joey. Thank you for a most entertaining post, Cassie. I do have to agree that taxing garbage is a good thing, although being a member of that fox/weasel/cat axis of evil is, perhaps, not a good thing--so stop it! LOL
