in Mr Frugal’s Take on Robert Kiyosaki on Meshio.com - a Malaysia personal finance blog
My advice would be to never take anything as gospel. Do the research, get more than 1 opinion, and make the decision based on ur deductions. It's not full proof but at least u know you did ur best. Shit happens sometimes...

in Fixed Deposit Rate Compiled on Meshio.com - a Malaysia personal finance blog
Based on the rates, they don't differ very much especially on the 12-months rate. But if I'm not mistaken, there are different conditions for some banks right?

in How to Save Money in KL? on Meshio.com - a Malaysia personal finance blog
I think it is very important to know the difference of "need" and "want" to be able to save. Alot of people I know (including myself sometimes) seem to think of my "wants" as "needs" and that my friend is all it takes.

Also, being abit more intelligent in spending will help save. As for having a partner, exspenses have to be shared if the relationship were to suceed. If your partner doesn't get it, then say bye bye. This only applies to regular people who earn regular wages.

Hey dude, glad to see you haven't totally left your artistic side in the dark. Love the strokes. You still have it. As a matter of fact, I think your idea of a pictorial/illustrative guidebook is really playing to your strengths. Cool character, hows about "Master tur-yoda".

Checked the Honda website (http://automobiles.honda.com/), here are what the prices are like:

- '06 Honda Accord (244-hp, 3.0-liter 24-valve SOHC VTEC® V-6 engine)
This is the most exspensive one, highest trim/spec - US$27300 (RM101,010)

- '06 Honda Civic (1.8-liter, SOHC i-VTEC® 4-cylinder engine)
This is the most exspensive one, highest trim/spec - US$19260 (RM71,262)

- '06 Fit/Jazz Sport Automatic (109-horsepower, 1.5-liter, VTEC® 4-cylinder engine)
This is the most exspensive one, highest trim/spec - $15,970 (RM59,089)

Maybe people in 3rd world countries are supposed to pay more for their rides, I don't know...

I agree with this actually. Revealing your salary will just end up in dissapointment for either party and sometimes grow to something worse. Best is, if you are happy with what you earn, just shut the trap and work. If unhappy, bring it up with management. Simple.

This is one of the things I'm ultra slow at...maths. But from what I have experienced, even with all the calculations and stuff, you musn't forget the local market price. If you're way off, best to rethink. Another good resource is http://www.allfreelancework.com/freelancehome.php. Loads of articles and stuff.
