Att alkoholbestämmelserna är satta till vad de är beror på att kvinnor tål alkohol sämre än män. Men att ha olika gränser är könsdiskriminering.

Sedan kan man givetvis fundera över snäva hastighets och alkoholbestämmelser i avskräckande syfte. Eventuellt finns någon slags idé om att få folk att köra lugnt, inte amatörrally eller exakt på satt hastighetsgräns.

Frode Andresen er en meget god langrennsløper. Det er bare så fortvilt at han i hele sin karriere har vært så innbitt på å være skiskytter. De gangene han "ikke tenker", som han selv har sagt det, og skyter bra så har han alltid vært i verdenstoppen i skiskyting. Problemet har jo bare vært at han tenker for mye og dermed er for ustabil. Samme historien kan forsåvidt sies om Lars Berger også.
Det er egentlig ganske frustrerende å se på de to gutta når de bommer og tenke at "hadde du bare satset på langrenn".
Derfor er det flott å se at Ronny Hafsås ser ut til å ta konsekvensen av sin vraking og kanskje ser ut til å satse 100% på langrenn.
Jeg skjønner at det kan oppleves som kuulere å gå med gevær på ryggen men hvis du er blandt verdens beste i sporet og middelmådig på standplass så kanskje det er best å satse på langrenn. Så får man heller stille i norgescuprenn fra tid til annen som skiskytter for å holde den værste abstinensen borte. ;-)

I think that everyone needs to think about what they can do for America. If it makes sense for America to reach out to other countries, and support that effort by offering programs at our universities in Italian studies and French and francophone studies, then our universities ought to pursue those goals. If it makes sense for America to support her infrastructure by educating brilliant civil engineers, then let the universities offer these programs. If it becomes necessary that occupational studies be pursued by this nation's students, then these programs should be supported to the best of our ability.

These are times in which we must do all we can, every one of us, to support each other and do what it takes to turn this nation around and strengthen our stature as the place in the world we would all like it to be. This means leadership at every level, and engagement from the students and teachers to those who run our largest corporations, to lawmakers, judges, and politicians in every office. Everyone needs to pitch in to make real change for America.

This is a deeply annoying and unwanted "feature" for anyone who uses a media player other than iTunes. The play/pause, forward, back buttons produce system-wide events which are picked up by whichever running apps respond to them, but having iTunes launch breaks this functionality because it stupidly intrudes on whatever you're trying to do

Blah blah blah... TSMC is desperately behind both Intel and IBM in terns of advanced process technology, but you have to look beyond the "nm" number to see it. What was one of the factors that caused TSMC's yield issues at 40nm? The adoption of e-SiGe, something that Intel has had for three generations. And despite all the talk about hik-MG, none is to be seen even from IBM, forget about TSMC. If catching up with TSMC is the goal, GloFlo has not set up a very high bar. And it is not like Intel is staying still, they probably have some nifty tricks up their sleve at 22nm.

Netbooks could have developed like cell phones -- sold based on feature coolness AND price, rather than one or the other.

Looks like one issue - groups set in iCal are not carried over to the groups in the phone. I've had to manually create and assign groups in the phone - and of course, manually duplicate group info whenever syncing. Is it possible to enhance your work to do this for us?

Well since you asked, we ate Deer during Christmas break. We shot the deer right after I returned from NPPL Commanders Cup.

You clearly do not understand what your talking about, Monica. Standard "off the shelf" AR15 rounds do no good in deer hunting (it takes several rounds).

We use .308s for game hunting. .223 (AR15) is great for match and competition shooting. Many high profile members of the paintball community take part in these other "projectile" related sports. Im sure if we all stepped forward you would really be surprised.

Your ignorance is typical of anti-gun/paranoid side of American society. Keep watching MTV!

Game also regularly froze on me; doesn't happen with other flash programs, so it leads me to believe something wrong with this program build. You're a better person than I - played 2-3 very cute. but VERY frustrating minutes & shut it down.

No "bill passed on congress" - it's a state to state issue, there is no federal law against prostitution (there is something called the Mann Act, which makes it illegal to transport a woman across state lines for an immoral purpose, but that's it). Tricia Helfer is the only reason to watch that crappy show. Just like the original series, they screw it up by making it all about humans and the human-like cylons. The real cylons are rarely seen and do little but jump out and say "boo" once in a while.

And really... The cylons are all Jesus-freaks who want to convert the pagan humans. Who the frack thought of that? And the last supper picture on the website? It's like the writers are trying to pull a Mel Gibson.

The writes of BSG should watch Terminator: The Sarah Conner Chronicles to see what a good tv show with robots is like.
