Is an assertion "true" if it is published?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Consider &lt;a href="http://www.whitehouse.gov/president/gwbbio.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://www.whitehouse.gov/president/gwbbio.html&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br&gt;as an identifier.
