Får visst inte ge upp så lätt! Min motivering denna gången är att jag strider mot mina principer att jag inte läser bloggar, bara läst en endaste blogg tidigare och det är min flickväns. Men när jag fick höra om din var jag ju bara tvungen att gå in! Har nu läste igenom en hel del av din blogg och kommit fram till att det verkar vara rätt kul att blogga samt att läsa. Kanske får börja läsa lite nu i framtiden också. Bortsett från allt skitsnack nu så har jag iaf suttit uppe o väntat för att se vem som vann och skriver nu direkt för att ha en chans att vinna imorgon. Så första kommentaren är alltid något =)

WF has my package, they have confirmed it is complete, and have assigned a negotiator. According to their proposed timeline, the negotiator will be calling my agent next week to introduce himself. Then, they will order an appraisal.



I owe $112K to WF, and $30K to B of A. B of A has already told me they will take 10%... not in writing yet, though, so i will believe it when I see it at closing! But, it is contingent on WF's approval. I am actually prepared to pay as much as $10K to get this wrapped up, but that is every dollar I have.



My offer is for $66K. There have been NO retail sales in the complex in over 6 months. All sales are distressed sales, between $66.9 and $75K. The most recent urban myth I read is that Fannie Mae will accept an offer that is 80% of the fair market value... so, it just depends on the appraiser now.

I have read her blog for a long time and I am so relieved her suffering has ended. Her husband and son will remain in my prayers. I love imagining her today with Jesus as she must feel so wonderful at last!

okay, I wrote a much longer piece and lost it (never hit back in a blog?) but maybe it's for the best. Bottom line, my theory is that meanness in women/girls mostly stems from insecurity. Whether we tend to be insecure innately or whether it's 99% outside influence, I don't know. As my self-confidence and assertiveness has grown over the years (I'm 44) so has my ability to be mean/condescending to other women BUT yet I very rarely am actually mean anymore, if ever. Like, it's been years! i see great opportunities once in awhile, but a little voice quickly says, "it's not necessary". I hadn't thought about that wording of my little voice before, - I guess it means, "not necessary to hurt another to feel better about yourself", or sometimes, "not necessary to get even, God sees all", maybe "not necessary to prove myself". When I was younger, I did some really mean things to other women that was totally motivated by my insecurities - too embarrassed still to 'fess up here!

I am thankful for coffee too! I told my co-workers this morning that I could tell it was going to be a 3 cup of coffee morning!
