Is that your little one?? Adorable!!

Yeh, this winter's been unbelievably bad for the Bravos. Usually stuff like this happens to the Mets and Jets. (Although lately the Mets have been saving their disappointment for Septembers.)

Chipper Jones chimed in on the Mets-Phillies rivalry lately. About all the trash talk and winning with class. He's right... the Braves made my life miserable in the late 90s, but they definitely did it w/ class.

Hey JB...

A lot of folks were down on Vazquez this winter after his finish. When the Mets were linked to him, I didn't mind it at all. The guy will get better in the NL and he's a horse. He's a solid No. 3 pitcher -- maybe a No. 2 if he rebounds -- who had a bad reputation because he flopped in New York.

Just read the Bravos and Pads are close to a deal for Peavy. Wow, that's going to be one heck of a pickup for you guys. While I wouldn't mind the Cubs sneaking in and stealing him away so he stays out of the NL East (lol), I can't wait for those Peavy-Santana showdowns next season.

Just read a rumor that the Pads are exploring the market for Jake Peavy and the Braves are interested. That guy and Johan Santana in the same division would be something else!

You know I'm no Brave apologizer, but for what it's worth, I don't think I've ever seen a baseball team have the string of injuries your boys have had this season.

So many key players -- starting pitchers -- done for the season.

Speaking of injuries, with Billy Wagner out, this Mets' bullpen is crumbling like a house of cards. As for the next three nights, I'm hoping the Mets' starters get 'em deep!
