I appreciate the information you posted: I have been following the links and the information about not just the meal-replacement bars but the snacks are really interesting. This system is extremely useful when it comes to shedding unwanted lbs before a big event (i.e. wedding, corporate function, etc.), but I was wondering, would this system work as a middle ground for heavy weight loss and/or a middle ground to making a lifestyle change?

Re: Geoff potential guests being led astray.

Oh I have seen the troubles my friend went through having to re-align his old blog urls with the new ones he created on WP. It is a tedious task, but luckily you already know about the 404 error package and how it aids in simplifying this task. What my friend did was more than time-consuming, but he made sure every blog stuck by having each of his old links re-direct directly to his new url for that particular blog post. Yeah imagine doing that over 400 times! I hope you find success with the 404 package. Have a great weekend! Take care.

Re: Bring Boot Camp Home

As much as it may be possible that this is just an exaggeration of what a real DI may do to a child, I think that in some circumstances, this may be a viable alternative to either sending your son/daughter away to boarding school (to "push" the problem away), or waiting on them to break the law and be forced into a juvenile institution where they would be summarily disciplined and/or be forced to change the way they go about their daily lives. I wouldn't go so far as to have the DI physically abuse the child, but the concepts they may learn by a person who does this for a living may be the answer you and your spruce may have been looking for their entire lives. An informative "funny" and serious post. Thanks for putting it up.

Re: India – Day 18 – Udaipur – City Palace and City Lake

It's horrible to hear about how a potentially beautiful area complete with 2 lakes can be horrific with the amount of waste that's in it. I feel bad for those who have to use that product for cleaning clothes and personal hygiene. Despite that, the pictures that were posted here have majestic views of the building structures and nicely done landscaping. I have to admit, however, that there are problematic bodies of water right in the United States that need attention. For example just a little over 5 years ago there was a report from U.S. Water News that stated that our government needs at least 7.4 billion USD to clean contamination sites on the Great Lakes. In a joint venture between Canada and The United States, they have started this process, but it is far from over. they passed the Great Lakes Legacy Act which pushes for 50 million USD/year to help with cleaning costs for a period of 5 years. Well, that ended last year. Now there isn't as much being donw upgrading waste water infrastructure. Needless to say, as much as I feel for contaminated waters on Earth, I need to address what's happening on domestic waters first and foremost.
