This is a great list of themes!

Links are important but so is search related terms. It's quite interesting to see low traffic sites receive really high PR and the opposite happen to those that have tons of links.

What about KeywordLuv or WP Super Cache (it's great!).

I have to agree with your premium list of authors. I think Revolution Themes by Brian Gardner are some of the best themes out there...with great support. Revolution is planning to only run through the end of the month..and I think Brian is then turning off these themes and instead doing what you suggested, charging for support /customization but offering free themes.

I personally love WP Super Cache.

I've definitely a wordpress fan. I've been on the fence between using joomla and wordpress but because of the huge community for wordpress, it definitely makes it more user friendly.

Very cool - a very simple way of keeping it all together.

I did the same thing you did and used a blog I haven't even setup yet to test how it was handling comments and yep...went straight to spam. I've been doing a lot of tests and I'm really unhappy with the results.
