Will this latest attempt to rescue AOL succeed? What has been the results of the deal between CBS and Time Warner? Did inside connections play a role in this deal? I keep hearing about the possibility that Time Warner will sell AOL to Yahoo! I found a map from NewsVisual.com that shows the connections of the current CEO of Time Warner, Richard Parsons, to Yahoo! Does anyone know if Jeff Bewkes has any strong connections to Yahoo!? Did major music labels like Universal Music make a deal with Apple? I found a map from NewsVisual http://www.newsvisual.com/newsvisual/2007/09/mu... that shows that Amazon and Vivendi SA (the parent company of Universal Music) have some pretty strong connections. Maybe these played a role in the deal. If so, what a boon for Amazon.
