You're all fucking planks. United were wearing all blue when they won the European Cup in 1968, and have regularly worn it as an away colour ever since.

It really does resemble the goalkeeper kit from this season with short sleeves, though. If it is the new third kit, I'll probably end up buying it for completism rather than anything else, but I'd really rather keep this season's away shirt. We look better in black, and it brings back fond memories of Eric le Roi kicking that Palace fan in the mush.

I'd take Perry St. over Spotted Pig any day and I bet Bono's far richer than Jean Georges.

I love Perry Street for lunch. It's the Jean-Georges place in the base of the Richard Meier buildings in the West Village.

Does Jean-Georges count as big business at this point? He has a bunch of places now, but Perry St. is special.

I'd like to point out that it isn't illegal to record stuff of your itvn box. It just isn't convenient. (It is NEVER illegal to record stuff coming into your home over the tv. Let me reiterate this, NEVER.) Or you could just build your own dvr box (not exactly hard to do) and manually schedule recordings.

Hey, this just occurred to me. What if Paul was more critical in his earlier writings and more experiential in his later writings. I wonder if he shifted from using reason early in his ministry (reasoning and arguing with the Greeks, critiquing the church in Corinth, etc.) to experiencing his oneness with Christ in a way that it found expression in his interactions with the communities he discipled? In fact, the end of his life was an experience of loyalty to his growing boldness in Christ.

It's the idea of a leader who offers advice/critique early on in their career, but late--as they develop--they realize that talk changes little and so they adopt the use of activities and experiences out of which a new paradigms become evident to those they are leading.
