in Stonewall Johnson’s Final Stand on The Washington Independent
So Al Kamen calls up EPA on Tuesday and asks, "Did Marcus Peacock go on this cruise?" And the answer is "no." Kamen can't outright lie so the next day he merely implies I went on it. I now find out it from Matthew that the cruise was on my schedule.

Do you people make this stuff up on the fly or is it a more organized exercise than that?
