Congrats on surviving. My buddy lives on Ashland near The Rack...we'll mosey on down there time and again when the option of driving to more reputable establishments is no longer in play.

thebusstop I had been there once before, and it was one of those comically cliched situations where you walk in and all the regulars turn around and look at you. It was like scene from a bad movie. Luckily I had a better experience this time around.

The guy was 53+; a kick in the nuts, teeth, or pants are all pretty much acceptable to someone past their baby-making prime in return for anything of value. It's hard to say those tix were worth anything, particularly since both the Sox and Cubbies got booted out of the 'offs like potential BFF's on Paris's new show. But hey, it's the playoffs, drink it in, I guess.
