I think most people are smart enough not to judge based on one bad review. Dave's comment is true of all public reviews. The doctor you choose is very important.

I am in GA so couldn't use this service. But it's funny you should mention it because my dentist just sent me out an email with the details to make appointments, check my accounts, etc. online. Looks like that's the future and I like it.

Oh, I hate it when that happens. When you find a good mechanic - stick with them. Ask around for a mechanic that friends are happy with. It's an art and not all garages have it.

Have you ever seen someone that just keeps the old PC in case they need something on it. End up using 2 PC's - what a mess!

Have to agree with Eugene. The world economy thing is tough. It will work out in the end but we're the time period that has to figure it out. Competing with India and China that have a different economy and perhaps different labor laws is not an even playing field. There is some loss of quality and control though and that may be how we can level the field.

Hope it's going well. I'm hanging on till retirement myself. Sometimes things turn out for the best when you think they might be bad. Did that make sense? I lost a job some years back when the company moved out of town - I changed professions and it has really turned out to be a blessing.

I hate changing PC's! I recently got a new PC with Vista. You can count on spending several days getting things worked out. I still can't connect to my Novell network. I used the Windows File and Transfer Wizard. It worked okay.

I have been guilty of a few of these myself. Proposals are tough. I hired a wonderfully talented professional to do a proposal for us for what would have been a great job. The proposal was perfect, beautiful, a work of art. We didn't get the job.
