Hahahahaha. :-) Well, maybe try upgrading, if you're using an older version. Bugzilla 3.0 is a lot nicer than previous versions, in many ways. (And 3.2 should be even nicer.)

For what it's worth, there's a commercial product called Deskzilla that can do offline interactions with Bugzilla.

Oh, also, there's a product called SCMBug that does VCS<->Bugzilla integration.
