But I wasn't sure if he liked it or not. So i hid it in a comment that went something like, "So I was going to get this for my dad, cos, you know, his birthday's coming up and all. What do you think? Would it be a nice gift?" And he just shrugged his shoulders. and said it wasn't too useful. Then I said "Story's fake! I just wanted to see how you'd react if I got you a present like that".
