I wonder why Donny has very low number of viewers, I think it is a very useful show especially for entrepreneurs. I learned a lot from the show.

I am interested with the photoshop short cuts. keyboard shortcuts have been speeding up my job as a data encoder and data gatherer. It could probably help in the shortening the design process.

Good! excercise clothes, very appropriate. A friend buys one size smaller than her size to motivate her to loose weight. It worked for her a couple of times, then she slip back, she is at it again. So I'd say to her don't stop trying you did it before.

Giving subordinates clear expectations is effective in managing people and or motivating people. This approach is probably based on the expectancy theory from the last part of your post.

Thank you for your thoughts. There is a TV channel here that presents many successul entrepreneurs and most of them are undergraduates. Most learned from experience, or they have a wonderful product or idea. This probably confirms your post.

Great read, especially the part where he saves money. As an entrepreneur one must really plan and execute his cashflow well, otherwise one might end up broke.
