Ordered mine Wed, appeared on Dell system Fri morning as under construction, showing arrived in country Fri lunch (they clearly have a stockpile given single SKU), delivered Monday morning

From the original leaked specs sheet, think the US$299 model (Dell E Classic) was not going to have a camera.

If this does have a camera, then essentially its the Acer Aspire One, less 4Gb for US$100 cheaper
