huggz, it seems like the battle in the trees is heating up. we have 2 camps in the turnkey arena (skipping the scrapers for now): - actually looking to make a deal NOW: people @ 1.5 - 1.9m, some of them aggressively chopping to find buyers fast. i think these people will get their deals done, maybe at a bit less than they want but you take what the market gives you. - wishful thinkers at 2 - 2.2m and up. houses are comparable to the cheaper ones, it seems like the sellers are more different than the actual houses. these people either wise up or sit another year. you can see houses that are very close to each other in terms of age, size, area etc with a price difference of 500k. that wont last.

Alison, you're couch shopping like a girl. Go into the furniture store with a bag of Doritos and some beer and plop down on the couch for a few hours to make sure it's comfortable. If you can get a sales person to put a widescreen TV in front of the couch to make sure you don't get neck strain when in full couch potato mode, so much the better.

Tom, I am a real linux newb. I ccan follow direction though so I got through your guide and evrything went as u said, except that the wireless is still out. I have a 900. I had dissabled the drivers b4 i started your guide (I forgot to re-enable them), could this be the problem and if it is, how can re-enable them now? System<Hardware Drivers says "no proprietary drivers are used on this machine".

Does Flash 10 fix the problem of sound issues that flash has had in hardy? Or the problem of flash crashing firefox? Just wondering, 'cause i'll definitely upgrade if it does.
