(I have a 3 mpbs, when capped goes to 300kpbs)<br>The only time I called to complain they schedule a technician to take a look, but after a couple of hours it came back to normal.<br>I haven't used torrents lately so can't be 100% and I only noticed twice.<br>Fucking ATT!AlexFri, 05 Sep 2008 15:40:36 -0000
