A couple of comments about this post:

1. Helios wasn't a spacecraft, it was a solar powered airplane.
2. There's no link in this post to the full article on the Telegraph site: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/earth/main.jhtml?xml...
3. The full article makes no mention of the name of the aircraft they're going to use.
4. This makes sense because the Helios was destroyed in a crash in 2003: http://www.newscientist.com/article/dn3882-nasa...
