I'm no college bball guru, but i was curious what ITH readers thought about Scott Drew, current coach of Baylor. I feel like Pearl is associated with Tennessee much like Knight is associated with Indiana (no, I am not Dick Vitale! I'm just saying ...). So I feel getting Pearl may be tough. But I think it would be great to get someone who is on the rise and can make a name for himself at IU. Anyways, just curious ...

good one, vitale. because the one thing iu needs more than anything else right now is to revisit the coaching situation which started the current 8-year tailspin of coaching situations in bloomington. brilliant.

This is it guys. Screw what the NCAA thinks. We're the god damn IU Hoosiers and we'll take anyone anywhere. Yea, we're in a bit of a slump. But the boys get a break now for a few days. They get to re-focus on what got them so far this season. Now the time to step up and show the world what we're made of. The BigTen season is over and done. Now let's focus on bringing home some hardware. Remember Tom Coverdale. Remember AJ Moye. Remember Duke. Remember 2002.
