To people that are on a medium level of knowledge the book is great because is allows to review and relearn the basics, and also to learn new things in detail.
It's a good step by step manual/tutorial. Straight and concise.

Acho que as fotos referentes aos EUA e à Autrália mostram alimentos demasiado calóricos. Era bom se fotos similares fossem incluídas na roda dos alimentos (lol), têm um impacto muito maior do que dizer que comer junk food faz mal à saúde.
