in Things on your Wordpress blog that irritates your readers! on Blog Design Studio
On point #4, I think the right way to do would be to link to the service directly first, and then give your own old posts/tag links as a subnote. That way, your 'emerging fans' would have some links to explore with and your credibility will increase among the finicky lot who want to 'get to the point'.

in Why professional bloggers suggest to post regularly ? on Blog Design Studio
I do post regularly and ritualistically at KalaaLog.com - since it is an art blog, it turns out to be an all together different ball game. The readers do 'dig' regularity. For the past year, I have missed a couple of posts and that does affect the momentum of growth.
I think though, the point of having it as a stress can be reduced by tweaking the frequency of posting. If you feel confident of cranking out 5 posts per week, make it 4 posts per week and keep that 5th one scheduled for next week (a nice way to build those 'rainy day' cache). For me, I think I can post around 3 or even 4 posts per week regularly at my art blog (it takes a bit more work in terms of research and study) - but for quite a long time I have stuck with 2 posts per week.

Hey Jonathan. I tried a trackback, but it did not seem to work.

Wow. I am glad I have subscribed to your feed.
I was on a dilemma as to whether include a page at my blog that encourages readers to contribute to my blog.
Something was holding me back, and again, you hit it right on the spot.
I have decided not to do so, or if I do, I would some how give something back to them - either monetary (when I do start earning from my blogs), or at least an attribution.

Wow! You must be a great blogger. ;) It feels like I commented just now.
I had my content stolen (yes, I call them thieves), and was some how able to handle it through trial and error. Through pingbacks and link-throughs, I was able to get to this site.
I am glad that I landed on this site. Better late than never.
I have been exploring the legal issues in the perspective of internet and I was surprised that it is a niche in itself. :)

Well, I came across your site, through your recent comment at my friend's blog.
I had read Sion's article and thought about writing something about it at my blog. I did agree to most of it that he wrote about. Because, I felt a kind of 'kin-ship' with him. I write and do artwork.
But that was not my day job, and hence, I found that I was missing something.
You hit on the head of the nail, when you said that you were not an established writer. I too am not an established writer/artist.
Your extrapolation of this issue, gives me the missing perspective.
PS: Sorry for digging out an old topic. I just felt like I had to put some words on how I felt.
