Help!

I have been trying to get in touch on the phone. I have waited sooo long but with no avail.

I rented the movie - The Tomb of Jesus Christ last night. It was messed up - when we looked at the tape, it was all scratched.

We returned it today and are you going to give me a refund for the DVD we did not see?
