John, I am so sorry. I still have both of my grandmothers...one 91, the other 97. I know the day is coming.
When I read, "Tell everyone hello" that made ME cry. What a sweet goodbye. I'm glad she had you there with her.
Don't worry about playing video games or whatever you need to do...people get through pain however they can do it...how you deal with things has no bearing on who you are or how much you loved her. The next few days will be busy ones and you will need time just to clear your head.

This was definitely worth watching. I've been lazy about not voting in the past...but this made me put my thinking cap on. He's right...this election is not about the most tv-worthy candidate...it's about making our own choices as to who will be the next leader of our country.
And thank you for taking the time to send the transcript. I haven't ever heard his voice before, and he has a heavy accent that my electronics don't pick up well...it was a huge help! :)

I have LOVED his 'coverage'. I am also hooked on his Presidential Q&A...I have read every single question, and I still think he's the best man for the job ;)

I saw the flakes with my own eyes while I was eating lunch at Sonic. I was NOT happy. I am not much impressed with Spring so far. I vote we move on into Summer ASAP.

It won't be much longer now until we have even more nice weather (today doesn't look like one of those days!)! Hooray! :)

OK, I don't think it's goofy. We have a badge kit here (Discovery Kids, I think) that Santa brought one of the girls last year...and every now and then we get it out and have a BALL with it! I like it as much as the girls do. It's a cheap one, though, and doesn't do a great job...it's more for entertainment than anything else in this house! :)

I have a new ice cream maker that I haven't tried yet....a Cuisinart...that I got for Christmas. If yours turns out good, will you share the recipe?
