some browsers allow you to edit web pages instead of looking for the source. I've seen this done on sales pages too.

Great post, but I hope your outsourcing does not mean that you will be giving fewer of these posts!

I do like the idea of outsourcing the tasks that don't bring in money, but tasks that still need done. I have not done much yet, but do think that it will be something I do in the near future. Having part of the research do is a great example. One ting I did was outsource some programming. My partner normally does it, but there was one item that was out of his skill set. We used rent-a-coder to have the programming done and this helped in 2 ways. First, my item was done over a weekend and second, my partner was able to read the code and figure out how to duplicate the process for our next projects.

I am lucky, I never get gas, my partner does that. The lines here in France are much shorter than the US, he never has more than one car in front of him and he always has a book in the car. This is something that can change your calculation. If you have a 15 minute way and spend the time reading a book, then it is not wasted time. The trick it to get into the habit of taking a book with you anywhere you go.

Living in France, we are paying about $7.15 for a gallon of gas.

Very impressive study. I read the book "Influencer" that had a study about children given the option of eating a candy now, or waiting a short time (I forget how long, maybe 15 minutes) and getting 2 instead of one. Most kids could not wait the time limit, but if they saw what an adult did to not eat - get occupied in another way - they copied the adults.

I wonder if the monkeys could be taught to act in the same way.

Republicans would only destroy the US economy, the rest of the world would slowly follow into recession, but we would survive.

Disease Pandemic is the thing that will hurt the most - or at least in the shortest time. I am always amazed at not being allowed to carry a bottle of water on an airplane while at the same time a person who is obviously sick is allowed to board a plane.

I guess I just showed my age. I have 2 teenage daughters, and hear you about the texting. They would have immediately jumped into trying out something new.

How old do kids around you get there own telephones?
In France, in the countryside, where I live, 11 years is the natural time to start thinking about it. That's when the kids start going to "collège" - I guess that's junior high. In the country side that often translates to kids being in schools a little further from home. More parental taxi jobs. And giving 11 year olds a phone makes life easy;

But that is a bit young for texting.

So, I wonder if there is a "natural" age limit for Twitter? And have I reached it...?

It is also useful to have long titles.
80 characters - begin with a keyword phrase followed by keywords.

Like this blog post "Blog Marketing Tips" as a phrase and "Professional" & "Bloggers" as the keywords in a title that is 71 characters long.
