The town did not object to the state running the utilities through the Abbie Griffin Park. The state approached the town about routing the lines through the park because it was a shorter distance to the drainage, electrical service, sewer lines and would not require a pump, . The negotiations were cordial. Members of the Council inspected the proposed alignment in February and the Council requested a change in the alignment to minimize the impact on the park. The changes in alignment and restoration plans were approved at a public meeting shortly thereafter.

If it is Concord, as claimed, it possibly could be Penacook. Still not convinced. Remember that the Christmas ad with the Clydesdales in the snow was reportedly shot in VT.

This is NOT Merrimack. Too much clapboard and a lot denser than Merrimack. This is a "generic" New England town, could be Vermont(!). Nice gaff since A-B may have been one of the contributors along with Norden Systems for a professional publicity video that was done in the mid-80's. If they had looked around they may have found the video and had real footage. Where's Waldo?
