while I can't say that I thought he sounded like a buffoon, I understood what he was trying to say in his poorly thought out way. He was trying to say what so many other people have been saying over and over again that America is a great country. He was trying to explain that our founding fathers were brilliant. yes, Richard Dreyfus is a creepy dude but I think he was trying to say the right thing....
