"Hate wing radio" will never loose advertising. Notice there are no popular Liberal radio shows. Why is this? Because people do not want to hear some clown talk about how Bob Scheaffers college kid posted some rather innoculus stuff, as well as other teen style anti-establishment items on his my space page, and how we should be morally outraged and condemn him to death by stoning. Liberalism is a confirmed mental disease. It has become a religion that goes against the constitution. Funny thing is, you all dont read the conservative media, on how liberals partake in white flight when minorities move in, (and crime goes up) or all of a sudden become the new moral majority who jump on Don Imus for making politically incorrect but innoculus comments about race. It's cool to do what is now 'outlawed' in hypocritcal lilly white liberal circles, so you should get used to it. Americans will probably not want to live under a Soviet Style gevernment. Obama is slipping in the polls, because as the media and his defenders keep pointing out: He is not one of 'us, he is a messia, you cant make fun of Obama..

So now it's illegal to mock Obama? Are these people insane? There is NO STORY HERE exept that your not allowed to post negative/silly funny stuff on your myface page.
The concept that the liberal insane left is pushing is nothing short of RELIGION, Thou shalt not mock thye darkly colored skin people, for they are your unequal in being, and need a leg up. Thou shalt not mock the great Obama, for he is king unto thee. Thou shalt face severest of disipline if thou shalt violate this of greatest multi-cultist commandment.
This is so far into George Orwellianism its not funny any more.
I hope he keeps up his site, for gosh sake, for the sake of that stupid piece of paper called the CONSTITUTION.
America was founded on the notion that the state cannot dictate what you can or cannot say, what in gosh name is wrong with journalists who aren't outraged at the proposed censorship over NON ISSUES????

Hmmmm, but when you say lower to middle income Hispanics are getting these silly loans, do you mean all the illegal aliens? You really need to start separating the 2 groups of Hispanics, because when I lived in Mexico, you had the white European Hispanics that spoke semi-good English and went to college etc, and you had the lower caste Metizzo Hispanics that committed most of the violent crime, and lived in poverty, and were of largely Indian origin. The white European Hispanics tend to come in legally, and are not overwhelming the system enough to be labeled as a secondary ethnic group to my knowlege. The Metisto Hispanics tend to not speak English very well, and tend to be illlegaly in the country, with the blessings of local businesses and local government, and also seem to cause the crime rate to go up, but I don't see any stories on that, oh well, its the news, silly me.
Anyway, exactly who is getting the crappy loans and why? Do you have any insiders inside the loan industry? I'm sure there is a reason for this, like government enforced 'Affirmative Action' for minorities that pushed more unqualified minorities into "home ownership" beyond the normal qualifications that your average 'white' person would need to qualify. As Hispanics have a 50% dropout rate in highscool, in every state, that even Hispanic Gev Richardson could not seem to deal with after 2 or so terms in office, it is plain to see that Hispanics are not going to be a prime loan target, just on that 'Universal' statistic alone.
Anyway, great article, I will do some digging to find out more on why these 'minorities' seem to magically get these 'bad loans' or seem not to be able to afford them, or speak English, or graduate at higher levels in every state in America. It is a mystery but I am willing to go the distance on this one.
