I think more shops in the downtown would be nice. All of a sudden "street vendors" aren't good enough for Derry?   LMAO.  The other day I was up in Concord and there were street vendors all over the place.   Heaven forbid the town do anything to create a  "small town" appealing atmosphere.  Picking on a sausage vendor who's trying to make a living. With their infrastructure it only makes sense that their overall costs - fire, police, public transportation etc. would drive up the taxes.
