Thanks Dylan. I would say the percentage is high. The house I was at the other day was 100% (3 groups). If you have an agent, I believe they should be showing you the homes you requested. While I understand the "magnetic pull" an open house can have, at least know how to speak with the agent sitting the open house.

Thanks for the comment Rick. I would agree that things are looking good for Chester County and that as a whole we've seen the normal ebb and flow of home sales, with no significant trends up or down. 9 months of inventory is just above what you would call a "normal" market, but that number has fluctuated up and down as well. We're going to see that, but we still have a good market to buy or sell, if it's priced right.

It's not like this is real-time information. Hey, that coffee is hot by the way. I haven't seen anyone go down my street with a camera, yet.

Who can we sue next? I tried using Google streetview and as the article you linked to mentioned, the street number was WAAAYY off. Please, come down my street. When you find house #999, let me know.

I kept waiting for the (dink-dink) sound when I served. Just didn't happen. We just sat in the room waiting to go back to court again and again. Luckily we have 4 years in PA. 2012 Jury duty. Here I come :)
