Bookbinders were marginalized well before the digital revolution took hold. It was really the industrial revolution that changed book manufacturing. In many of these cases, I fear that you are confusing the "typhooning" of a product with the end of a producer.
I don't know how I feel about the Austrian law, but, having read Debroah Lipstadt's book "Denying the Holocaust" and following the Lipstadt/Irving libel trial in Britain, I have no pity for David Irving. The man is a bigot and a propagandist who should not be supported by mainstream institutions.
