This is cool stuff, as abs are one of those things that everyone wants to develop but it takes a hell of a lot more than doing crunches (and badly at that), all hours of the day. Its the one area that combines all the elements of fat loss, from nutrition, to workouts, core stability, posture and stretching.
I'm definitely interested in getting this product, sounds pretty comprehensive.
