I play that game all the time with our cats. It is fun.

I actually kindof enjoy True Blood. I am interested to see what happens with the girl. I am wondering if she is going to end up being a "Slayer" of sorts. I will watch a few more shows and see what happens.

As long as you load it up with Ram it should be fine. A couple of students in Mary's class was editing Video with their g4's, not HD but still pretty intensive and they were doing okay. So I would say it would do OKAY. Its obviously not going to be as good as a stand alone monster. But for that you will be spending more for anyways. THe good thing is you will be able to upgrade your Video Card with a Macpro. IF 3000 is your budget I would go for the Macbookpro. Loaded with as much Ram as I could put in it. My second choice would be to find a quad g5 and drop the money into that. Which is what I should have done when I build my HTPC. Many good ones on ebay going for about 1500 right now. You cant go wrong with a supercomputer...

Dont know enough about camera's to even know what you are talking about. That is why I have you around. LOL

I liked WOW, but a major key is finding a good guild that will help you level your charecter and provide assistance when needed from their higher level toons. There was several times I had gotten myself stuck in an instance and couldn't make my way out. So I had to call for help from some fellow guildies. It is rather cool when you are a low level and you spot a 70 Rogue off in the distance just kickin the shit out of everything in site.

However I canceled my account because in the last year I had really only gotten about a month of solid play in. And you really need to be able to provide a few hours a session at least several times a week. I enjoyed it because I am a one game person. When I find a game I like that is all I play until I find something better to play. Now I am on COD4, and gradually moving over to MGS4.

If you start playing WOW, talk to other people you know and get in on their server. Dont try to start fresh on a server you dont know anybody on. It will be MUCH MUCH harder and as advanced as the game as gotten you will get frustrated and leave. You really need to find a server you know people on just so they can help you through the game, and to help power level your toon. Use all the apps you can find for it. There are some great ones out there.

My suggestion is you have to ask yourself are you ready to dedicate almost all of your gaming time to just one game for the next year or two?

digital SLR? hmmmm I am not a photographer but I happen to have a friend that is...and he recomand any one of D series by Nicon. He has been shooting them for that last 10 years and absolutly LOVES them. Great build quality, price points for all budgets and the Lenses will all fit each other. So if you buy a lesser one then upgrade you dont have to upgrade lenses again.

Anything I can do let me know. I think it would be fun to get involved and learn new stuff.

Well my reaction was similar. I read on some forums they really didn't like the fact that KITT was not a TA. But honestly Pontiac doesn't produce the car anymore so how could they REALLY make KITT into another one? KITT was BADASS!!! I loved the car. He could have used a bit more personality. But I have always found anything Val Kilmer did to lack a bit of personality.

I was really hoping it would have been a reimagination. Or atleast leave KITT 2000 way in the past. Which in a way they did in the scene when they panned through the garage and you saw KITTS motor. Although KITT 2000 was an 82 and GM didn't use the TPI until 85, but that is neither here or nor there.

I guess having the Hoff in the end was a way for them to pass the torch so speak. All in all. I thought it was okay. If they decide to make the series I am all for it. And hopefully given a few episodes the actors will settle into the roles and do a much better job. Much like in almost all of the Star Trek series. Given the type of shows i ussually watch and enjoy I would give the movie a solid 7. Dropping from a 8 simply because of the Hoff cameo and KITT lack of personality.

I think you did the right thing in confronting them in how you felt that in THEIR actions you feel that you cannot trust them with YOUR personal space. (Your car is a persons very personal space, just what I think)I would then have notified the offended party to let them know that people where seen messing with their computer. You don't have to say what just let them know.

You did what you could at that point and I would leave it there. Don't push for answers anymore, you got what you needed. Make them ask to use your car again then you can engage them again, about how their actions has made you uncomfortable about allowing them near your personal space's and things. Nomatter what they think. They not only offended against the owner of the computer but against EVERYBODY in the house. They broke a trust that was established for the entire house. And if one person or two persons are not going to follow that, then the trust cannot be trusted so to speak. Whats next do you need to put deadbolts on your bedroom doors? I myself would feel VERY uncomfortable with this. And would make that VERY known.

I understand you have to keep the piece, but people in this house need to grow up and check their maturity levels. They are all technically adults. And should act as such.
