How much I would like to play World of Warcraft...
But I would very likely get addicted quite fast.
And first I would have to buy a new PC (mine is only just managing Warcraft III)
Back to the same question for me.

[Quote] Many people seem to have a hard time believing the others mean no harm. [Quote]
Well, I guess it's because people in general are very much afraid. Of another war, age, illness, strangers etc. It's a very irrational thing, this craving for security.
But with a lot information from all over the world telling us how unstable everything is, people want more safety. Which is, of course, the wrong way, as you have to accept insecurity as a part of life. But then again, we have to go quite a way to enlightenment.
But I do the smile-thing quite often, too, and people still smile back. (Okay, I do have a very selective perception, cutting out the negative impressions pretty much).
[Quote] Getting a smile from a stranger has certainly brightened up my day on more than one occasion. [Quote]
Yep. Same with me.
[Quote] Still, it's a sad thing. [Quote]
Well. Glass half empty or half full.

But the sheep does not have any fur! Or wool, or whatever. I bet, the farmers are outraged...

Another reason why dubbed movies suck:
the voices always seem to come from outside.
when you hear the original version, the actors' voices are mixed with traffic noise, music, other people talking.
in the dubbed version, it's with less athmo, and - jeck's right - less emotion.
and sometimes, they change the voice from movie to movie. or one voice is taken for more than one actor.
aaaaaaaaaargh.
another example from matrix: agent smith interrogating neo.
the original "miiister aaanderson"-speech is just great. the dubbed version: well, we cover it and hope, no one will find it.
