For the longest time I missed my ex's hands, their size, their strength, even though they were the same hands that hurt me, I still missed the way they sometimes made me feel so good. After it was all over I could look him in the eye but I couldn't face those hands.

It's been three years and I finally found the nerve to sneak a peek at those hands the other day and I felt...nothing. It was wonderful.

You'll get there too someday.

Of course I didn't read the series until after I read this but I have to tell you, days later, I'm still thinking about it. They'll make a great book but I'm sad that we won't get to read anymore now. They're fantastic.

I tried to avoid this by not really letting my kid watch too much tv, he gets one movie a week and that's it. Almost no Nickelodeon and nothing with commercials (that's more to avoid the whole "I want that, I want this, I want it all"). That being said, he comes home with words like "DANG!" and "SNAP!" and "AIN'T" from school and camp anyways. And I'm all like, "if you can't say anything smart, don't say anything at all."

Right now I'm just shaking my head at the educational system for letting all of these idiots get through...I can't wait to see what responses the Tramp Stamped shot gets you. :P

That is a beautiful building. And the little curvies on the top of the fence, awesome.

The new "IN" font around here is Papyrus. It makes me want to shoot people it's so overused.

Personally I don't see the problem with a little selfishness when it's not hurting anyone else.
