As always, great tips Tinu.
I know for myself in commenting if there is any extra work involved, I will click away and not bother to leave a comment at all. When I first started Home with Heather I had the comments locked up so tight, that you had to be a brain surgeon to figure out how to leave one. Then wondered why I never got any :)

Totally agree with you Jack.
I have certain people that I follow, and I always check their stuff first. Does it mean that I stumble EVERYTHING that they submit? ...uh No, but it does mean that I try to stumble or plug or whatever things that are of interest to me. And I hope my friends and followers would do the same. :)
I also try and expand my circle or community and find new blogs all the time with stuff that interests me, and I try to help them out too!

Very funny post yet so true. I think as you say the Internet mirrors life. As we become more comfortable in our online personality, we start to diversify who we are. Before starting HWH, I use to be the lurker. As I gained knowledge and confidence in the things of the web, I started to diversify and become involved.

I think the new design looks great Jack.
It's clean and seems easy enough to get around. Of course when you change anything it takes some tinkering to get it exactly the way you want it. I changed my layout a few weeks ago, and I'm still tinkering too!
