How sweet that it's so important to you to make her day so special. What I really loved in this post wasn't the fact that you want to make the day so special but that you want to teach your son it's about respecting his mother every day not just on this special day. Definitely something all kids need to be taught from an early age!

What an absolutely adorable picture! There's just something about a mama looking down at her sweet baby that gives me chills. This picture reminds me how NOT so little my 'baby' (he's 10 lol) is now. Thanks for sharing this pic.

Great post. It truly is hard to understand the true benefits of MM until you are a member. Like you said the free trial doesn't give you nearly enough time to even touch the surface of what MM has to offer.

I'm always so amazed at the generosity of the WAHM community. It always brings tears to my eyes and chills down my back to see/hear about our community pulling together to help someone. And I'll never forgot the time that the community pulled together to help me. I just sent a payment and while it's smaller than what I wish I could give I know that every little bit adds up and helps.

I think it can go both ways - that being present while listening is something a woman might struggle with too. I know that's my case sometimes. My boyfriend and I are both really busy and sometimes when I ask him how was your day I just do it because I know it's something I should do but I'm really not prepared to 'listen' if he actually wants to tell me how his day was. Sometimes I couldn't even tell you what he had been talking to me about because I wasn't present! I'm working on it! Awesome post by the way :-)

I love watching all of us WAHM's come together to fulfill wishes for those around us. That's what it's all about anyways - being a blessing to someone else. And Kelly my dear friend you are such a blessing, more than you know!

I love it when something gets spilled or an empty container gets put back in the fridge & my son says well I didn't do it mom. Hmm considering it's just him and me and I KNOW I didn't do it and he's convinced he didn't do it I guess that means we have a little friendly ghost making messes and drinking up things around here. LOL You have actually inspired me to go clean out my cupboards and stuff now!

I know exactly what you mean! I do this all the time and it's aggravating and annoying! I definitely don't like how miserable I am with my weight and even more so how unhealthy I am at the moment. But I give up so quick. Like right now I'm actually eating a reeses peanut butter cup & drinking a coke while I read blogs this morning. Isn't that just a grand breakfast?

They look so comfy! Makes me wanna go crawl on my couch and just 'veg'. LOL

I just finished listening to this week's show. I really enjoyed the interview Sarah did with Lisa. It sounds like Associated Content is definitely something work checking out for the writers out there :-)

I don't ever really listen to Christmas music. I know call me Scrooge...LOL. But when I do listen to it a few of my faves are I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus and My Grown Up Christmas List.

Woo Hoo! You go girl! I TOTALLY agree 250%. I'm so real on my blog that I've had people actually tell me I'm too real. Like you said why fake it? I'm who I am and that's that. Take it or leave it.

Wow I bet it's going to be weird not having to do that anymore.
