Is there some way to manage the cabling on the right so that it has the visual aesthetic of the left?

Re: A Short Rant on the Lameness of iTunes

Paul,

What is that checkbox that you mention that dupes all of your songs? I have been having a similar issue and wanted to check whether I had the same box checked.

PS Glad that you had a good time in China. Did you meet any of my co-workers from Lenovo?

Re: UXmatters: The Perpetual Super-Novice

I have been toying with the idea of having some intelligence built into the system that keeps track of the number of times a user performs a given action, within the context of that program. After x number of times, the application would ask if the user would like to learn a better way to perform that action. This method is action-packed with possible user experience landmines, but the idea of training people to expert without much effort on their part interests me.

Re: Friends and Family - A Parable About User Experience

The same thing happened to my wife. Any way that "Paul visits X and liveblogs a test/focus group" could be a regular feature?

Re: Latest Preso: Usability For Strategic User Experience

Great presentation. You really hit the nail on the head. The problems that your team faced at your old company seem to be endemic to the industry. We're trying to get to "change agent," but it's a slow hill to climb.

Re: The End of “Just Google It”?
